I was helped today by Mr.Curtis. He has the best customer service. He was extremely helpful and kind. Made sure I was aware of everything and actually understood. I was in and out and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Definitely will be back at Peterson Toyota!

Disappointment is literally the only word that comes to mind. I’ve been waiting 2 hours for my scheduled “routine, 10,000 miles” service on my new vehicle purchased here less than 6 months ago. I asked for a status after 1 hour and 20 minutes of waiting, with no updates. Still waiting… not happy. I guess I should NOT have purchased the service package with my vehicle here.

Don't buy from here. Went to look at a brand new truck today. After I was told it was on their lot. Get there, it's not there. In fact it was at a managers house. We were mislead and the manager there on site didn't act like he wanted to work with us. They pick the truck up from another managers house and brought it back to dealership, the truck had 7700 miles on it, scratches all over the bed, tires worn and just down right dirty. And they had the nerve to try and sell it as a brand new vehicle. Stay away from this dealership.

I inquired about a new car online and was contacted by the dealer the next day. They asked if I wanted an appointment to drive the car, and I said yes. An appointment was made for 1 pm that same day.I asked him to verify that car was on the lot and available since it was a hard to find model / trim and I was driving 2 hours for this test drive. He put me on hold ~30 seconds, then confirmed it was there.Right before I left for the dealer, I logged back on to see if this car had a hitch. This is when I noticed "in transit." I called back and asked again for them to verify the car was on the lot and available to drive. After some run around they finally admitted it was in transit and not due for 25 days.I asked why they made an appointment to drive a car that wasn't there, now they just played dumb, saying I don't know who told you that. BTW, each time you call, it says all calls are recorded, so they could find out if interested. However, I think this is standard procedure here , just say anything to get them here, then try to sell them something else.

The service department workers are so kind and helpful. I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time compared to other Toyota service departments I've visited before. The customer lounge was comfortable and had complimentary water and coffee available.

This was the best dealership service department experience I have ever had. Everyone was so nice and friendly. I was offered hot coffee and bottled water while I waited. Paula was my service advisor but I had thought she was the manager because of how professional she was. My DCM was reprogrammed in a quarter of the time that another dealership estimated. I actually enjoyed my visit and left feeling good about my decision to bring my car here. I will be back!

They replaced a battery in Aug 2022 and was told that battery was bad when I came back for other service in 2022. I said I just replaced it. So they tested again and said it was ok. Then Apr 2023 again say it's bad. It was a Toyota battery and you charged me 26.00 to replace it. Also you rated tires as being poor, never mentioned they were bad or offered the tire deal you had going on. And although you replaced the battery and front brakes the window sticker still had them listed in poor condition. So I had another company do the tires, went back to dealership, mentioned the above and had new sticker put in window. At the very least I expected to be refunded for installing the new battery.Services: Wiper blade installation

Friendly staff but service took forever. They couldn't tell exactly what was wrong with my car just said to bring it back if it happened again. They used to have little snacks while you wait but only slightly chilled water bottles now. Make sure you book an appointment.
