Evertime I go to pay my bill,I am told to enter my information in the system and and have a seat until I am called but people walk in and never put their information in the system but they are waited on immediately.

Terrance and Jake immediately suggested that we not buy iPhones because he said we would be wasting our time and money on buying iphones. ALSO we Would Be "frustrated".. I immediately felt they were over stepping their boundaries and I said that and it turned into to an argument and they did not complete our transaction due to gas lighting which I do not tolerate. I will not use there service of unprofessionalism.

Only giving a 1 star as it’s required to leave a review. Just walked out of the store without getting the phone I went in for (to add on to our plan) because the employee Mirna was so rude. She had a terrible attitude and after verifying my mom’s ID she huffed and puffed and banged the back door open as she was going to get the phone we’d planned to get. Completely unacceptable. We just walked out. I’ll never go in this location again.

Mrs. Teresa was the best!!! She handled our cellphone situation that we had an issue with for over week. Definitely the best hands down. She went above & beyond and knew what she was doing... Thank you for your time and patience.
