It’s not a bad place to workout, getting personal training set up is next to impossible. I have left several message with 2 different personal trainers but neither call back to set up 4-5 days a week personal training. Not a very organized fitness center.

I expected it to be bigger and have newer and better weight and ab machines. Some of the machines look fairly old and have no instruction or illustrations on how to use them, which I think can be a little dangerous for someone who is new and learning. The basketball court and indoor track are great. There is a pool, hot tub, and squash court. They have exercise classes for the elderly, which is great. Although, I don't think members should have to pay to use the massagers. It should be included in the membership like at Planet Fitness, and I don't think you should have to pay $8 (day pass) just to be in the building, especially if you are only dropping someone off and waiting for them to complete their work out. Now, if you intend to work out and you are not a member, then yes, you should have to pay for the day pass. The staff are nice, polite, and respectful. Overall, the fitness center is nice.

Early morning around 8 hard to find a treadmill to get on massage chairs not working and not open 24hrs and limited work out equipment and rude front desk workers it’s a no for me

Always enjoy meeting friends and getting my heart right now. The staff is great and I always enjoy the pool. Sometimes my husband and I go over and use the massaging chairs.

For the amount of money you pay for a membership I just wish the customer service was up to par. I came to the gym and applied for a membership with my school Id and license. They accepted my payment & all of my information and took my ID. I come back to go to the gym and the black lady with the atrocious wig, the fake eye lashes and long colored finger nails proceeds to tell me with a nasty attitude I’m too OLD to use the service. SO why accept it in the 1st place and not explain your policy in a professional manner!? There was no better way to explain that? The Ghetto. You 25 to 30 years my senior behaving that way trying to knock another woman down. I’m gonna pray for you. PLANET FITNESS is WAY better and has a more professional staff. The pool and sauna is just not worth the negative experience I have endured at this facility. ACKNOWLEDGE your guests when they walk in!

No longer 24hrs anymore which is unfortunate and I think some of the equipment needs to be looked at but I'd still recommend this place for a quick workout and etc

Basketball gym is full and filled with bad language during the week. This gym use to be a family atmosphere, but no longer. It's more like the parking lot at a Friday night football game.

One staff member at the front desk was very rude .weight room had kids playing on equipment & people just sitting around on there phone . Was not a great experience at all.. we will be canceling
