Representative by the name of Nicole I would give ten stars if I could. She has the nicest personality and great customer service. Keep up the good work Nicole. Also she was so helpful with the new teller machine to cash a check. Great team ?

They take your money if you are below WHAT THEY CALL A THRESHOLD . IF YOU HAVE UNDER 50.00... THEY WILL TAKE $5.00 A WEEK UNTIL MONEY IS ADDED INTO THE ACCOUNT..I closed my account bc of this. That is ROBBERY

I was asked if I was a US citizen... Wells Fargo didn't asked that... then I was told that I couldn't open an account and to call a number when I called the lady told me there was nothing wrong and that it was up to the bank. Sketchy. By the way no bank has ever asked me if I'm a US citizen.

I use three different banks and this bank is the best in all areas. I love the staff here. I live in Fayetteville but I only use this PNC branch in Lumberton. The staff are always willing to help and they are super friendly.

I cracked the screen on my phone and the girl at the counter actually told me to put tape on it so I would quit slicing my finger open. It worked she's a lifesaver! Above and beyond the call of duty!
