The customer service is friendly and helpful! I wasn't just another annoying customer and were very responsive to my questions and concerns about my elderly relatives renting there. I would recommend the facility on Linkhaw!! Thank you!

This company has rodents in their storage building and I found feces and rat chewing on my merchandise. I would not recommend this nasty, unprofessional, too hype for a dollar company.

Scammers!!! Sold our property and lied about how much they sold it for!!! We have audio recording of the people who bought the property stating how much they paid and we're shown the reciept!! Also we were lied to about our property getting damaged during hurricane matthew!!! Do not rent from these crooks!!!
