The salesman is super friendly during the sale process. But after the sales. You just realized their car salesman. I would not recommend my family and friends.

Made a service appt weeks ago got there today and was 7th in line. I was told I was behind people that had appts from the last two days and that they were closed. Great, they called them; couldn't they call me and reschedule me as well? The service manager didn't seem concerned, I asked for the "manager" and was directed to the person I eventually found was the sales manager. So yes, all this is going on, and the business manager is not even there.
By the way, if the staff feels a need to intervene in matters that don't concern them, management might want to have more customer service meetings. I didn't appreciate having some random person try to interject in a conversation that never included them.
I am forced to pay for "free" oil changes when I buy from these locations. This is what I get for that money.
Update:
My feedback is so highly valued that I sent an email with my contact information a week ago, and I haven't heard a peep from the owner. Imagine that.

LEMON PURCHASE!!
I wish I could give less than one star! I purchased a 2017 ford edge titanium I've had the engine replaced 3 times and it's broken down again, I haven't had a properly working back up camera since I bought the car
My wife is paralyzed having a reliable vehicle is pertinent!!! She is deathly ill & missing multiple appointments due to our car situation
Almost $20k taken by greedy people that I'll never see again!
A formal complaint has been filed with the corporate office, and the BBB
Please don't fall for their scams!!

Best experience I’ve ever had in purchasing a vehicle. The Sales team (Morris Whitted) was amazing. The finance officer ( Cory Snipes) was also excellent. I really appreciated the hospitality and professionalism while purchasing a new car for my daughter!. Thank you Nissan of Lumberton.

Best dealership experience I have had yet! Ask for Sean Snipes, he’s the sales rep that helped us, he was super awesome, very nice and very helpful. Everyone was very upfront and solid, no hidden games. They helped for a fair deal on a good car, solid warranty plan included as well. I recommend this place more than the dealerships in Fayetteville. The finance manager Corey was very helpful as well, explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions.

I would only recommend purchasing a car from this dealership if you want to spend hours upon hours of your time babysitting these employees to do their own job. I traded in a car on April 26th. After two weeks I realized something must have been messed up because the loan pay off was never processed and I had to make May’s payment and June’s payment on my old car. I emailed the finance manager my suspicions and he assured me he would look into it and then follow up. Surprisingly the manager completely ghosted me and wouldn’t return any calls or emails. Finally on June 4th I went up to the dealership to check with the finance manager in person. He acted like he didn’t know who I was or what I was talking about but I gave him all of my information and again, he assured me he would look into it. At this point to no surprise, he never followed up. Finally I called on June 13th and asked to speak with the general manager who was out of town, they forwarded me to another lady who was above the finance manager who said she would figure out what was going on and would return my call. Of course, she never called me back. I called again the next day on June 14th and she was able to transfer me to the finance manager. I let the finance manager I knew something was wrong and wanted to return the vehicle and move on from doing business with this dealership. He asked me if I could come into the dealership so he could “make things right.” We went in on June 17th, he gave us this long excuse about the new lender being the one to mess things up. Yet he had to lower the price of the car, increase the value of my trade in to “make things right” and we needed to sign all new loan paperwork because the previous offer expired which made our new interest rate slightly higher. I wanted to walk away and just have them process my pay off; however, that would have left me without a car since they already sold my old one and they would have just turned around and sold the one I had been trying to purchase and I would have been the only one screwed. The finance manager assured me they’d reimburse me the two payments I made on the car I traded in so I signed the new loan package like an idiot. My previous loan was FINALLY paid off the beginning of July. I never got the check in the mail so I emailed and called the finance manager again but of course he never answered. I called to follow up the end of July on the 31st and spoke with someone else, they stated they’d send me a check for $78 over the two payments I made. I was happy with this because at least all the hours I’ve put into this would be compensated with the $78 overpayment and I would have my money back. I check the mail today, and guess what? The check is made out in the amount of exactly the two missed payments. Now I know this is better than nothing and originally it would have satisfied me if I had not already been offered a check that was $78 over. Truly the worst car buying experience ever, I spent hours of my time in between work and home life trying to get this resolved. I caution anyone from doing business with this establishment, especially if you’re someone who values your own time. You cannot trust a word these people say, they will tell you one thing and do another. It’s just not worth the stress and I can guarantee there is another dealership out that that deserves your money over this place.
