Scam Alert! If you received a flyer in the mail saying you won a prize you didn't. When you get there they will argue with you about how a "blue line" means that you won a chance at a prize even though no where on the flyer does it state that.

Ignorant people working there. wouldn't even give my husband the time of the day because of the way he looked. (like a "thug") My husband asked how much for a truck and he acted like he didn't even want to talk to him, and then proceeded to tell my husband it was too much for him. unprofessional as hell!

I pretty much knew what I was looking for, but Hector made me feel confident that I could get just what I wanted. He made me feel comfortable and allowed me time to make my decision between a couple different options. he was patient and informative of different options available. Once my mind was made up, he told me what he needed, we got down to business, and we got the paperwork started. This was my first time experience buying a car alone. Hector absolutely made the process very smooth and easy! His easy going personality fit with mine so it was easy to talk with him and not be nervous about what a big deal buying a car was. Hector is a major asset to your company! thanks for everything! I will be sending people your way, Hector!

I received one of those pre approval notices to get a new car from #nissanlumberton. I scanned the code because I was curious about what I was approved for. I regret I ever did that... #nissanlumberton has called me at least 50 times. Every single time I told them I was NOT interested... It has become a borderline harrassment... So NOW since they don't know how to get the message I plan on tagging them until they leave me the hell alone... I will NEVER buy a car from #nissanlumberton, not will I ever BUY a #NISSAN I'm completely turned off..

Besides not paying off my trade in completely, they had to send a second check to the bank and then my having to finish paying it off myself, the dealership was fine. The salesperson, Ricky, was RUDE, sexist and lied about the all weather mats being included. He ordered the wrong ones and then tried to charge me $200 for them. When he didn't get the score he wanted from me on the Nissan survey, he raised his voice and badgered me about it. The parts department was AMAZING! They corrected Ricky's lie and compensated me for the mats. They were kind and efficient. The service team was also polite and helpful. I believe the other sales people would be awesome but I do NOT recommend Ricky.

My wife and I broke down in Lumberton on the way home from a wedding. We were not in a Nissan, but happened to be driving by this dealership so pulled in and left the car in the parking lot overnight. The people at Nissan Lumberton could not have been more incredible. They fixed our car for a reasonable price, and then when we arrived realized there was something else that needed to be fixed before it could be driven. Since this meant we have to drive back to Wilmington, and then back to Lumberton again the next day, they covered our dinner to make up for this! Everyone we spoke to was so incredible and helpful. It is always great when a bad situation can turn into a good one, and Nissan of Lumberton did that!
