Got great help with trying to figure out what hedge cutter would work for me, but the self check-out monitors should be trained on giving customers space and monitoring at the same time. Perhaps even ask if one needs help; not just clutter my personal space with theirselves to make sure I don’t steal a hedge cutter.
And if they’re trained to do that, then maybe just get rid of self checkout and hire them to be security guards.

Probably the worst customer service of any store you could ever find. Employees would rather walk away, hide, or walk around you than help. Lowe’s is a good company. THIS Lowe’s isn’t.

I highly and mean highly do not recommend this Lowe’s under the General Manger Ty. if you just gotta buy a small product, it’s fine to go in and get it but if you’re buying appliances,windows or anything that has to be ordered and you have a Situation with that product where it’s not being delivered do because of Lowe’s is there and the manufacturer Ty Will do nothing to help you, but give you attitude.

This is a pretty good Lowe’s, we usually spend a lot of time in the garden center, today I was disappointed on the lack of handicap scooters available for a patrons such as myself. I got about halfway through the plants, we have been having some issues as of late with the pickup orders but overall this is a pretty good Lowe’s.

I was visiting my aunt in Pembroke, and her bathroom faucet was leaking. I needed to get a part for it, and lowes was the only place I knew where to get the part I needed. It was very easy to find the department, but I had a bir of trouble finding the part. Someone had pur the parts backward on the hooks. But not a problem. I found it and replaced the part, and it was fixed.

All appliances replqced at our property.
Appliance price plus $179 to install ea and $50 removal. Might consider a scrapper to pick up. I user Lowes.

I used to enjoy shopping for products online, it was simple, go to website, type what you are looking for, scroll through options. Now it's a frustrating experience, pop ups, trying to get personal information, redirecting and it never ends, trash!!!!
