I took my car in for an inspection and oil change, and came back to pick it up and they had done things I didn't even ask them to do, so guess what? Bill was twice as high. I spoke to the owner about it, and he did NOTHING. Also, my braking system was working just fine, so they did something to my car they weren't supposed to and now I have no brakes . I addressed this as well, said they would do this and left my car there for about a week, and no one had even touched it, plus I asked them to keep in garage overnight and they lied right to my face and said they did, I rode by during the night and it was sitting outside. Customers are not #1 here, and they will rob you blind !!! I have found the best mechanic ever - just warning to first time customers and existing , this was a nightmare !!!

I'll tell you about my experience. So last Monday I dropped my car off to get a water pump changed out. The man there said it would be Tuesday or Wednesday before he could get to it. I waited until Thursday to call and check on it. Man said it would be tomorrow(Friday) after lunch. Come Friday I called and asked out it. Man said it would be ready around 5pm. Told him I couldn't because of work and asked if they would be open tomorrow (Saturday). Man said another guy would be up here to give another customer their vehicle. Come Saturday at the time the man said he would be there. I waited 30 minutes and he never showed. On top of that I walked over to check my car out and someone had plundered though it. Besides all that hoopla it was reasonable priced. And they did apologize for everything.
