I will never buy another car from here or even recommend it. I had the car a little over a year and it has been nothing but problems I make my payments on time and I have never been behind. The battery, alternator, and stater all went out within the same week and before they went out I brought it back for them to look at because the car would randomly stop starting and they said nothing was wrong and told me to come get it. When you fix one thing another major thing ends up messing up.

Horrible service, I truly feel played ! I was very excited about the car I bought it right before going on a trip. Even after reading the horrible reviews I gave it a try. While test driving I noticed some lights on and they insured me they would go off. I brought it back after and I was told nothing was going to be done because I was over there set mile limit . My doors don’t lock , lights on the dash,Flat tire and some more don’t buy from here !!!

I would never purchase another car from here again . Purchase the car on the 27th of feb and has taken it back twice . The car started running hot and had a leak . They claimed it would be an easy fix but here I am on day 4 without a car but is expecting to be paid the payment . Also asked to be refunded or put in another car and refused to do so . Ask estimated time frame and couldn’t tell me. Attitudes are nasty

Bought a car from them the battery light was on the sunroof didn't work and it needed rotors,and had it for one day,so we called them they said they would fix it bought it up there,and they were willing to fix the brakes but said everything else is cosmetic oh and the back up camera didn't work,we put 2300 down for a car with the sunroof not to work and the rear camera not to work and they were not gonna fix it,do not buy from them,they know before you even try to purchase a vehicle that these cars are screwed up, professional scammers they are

Bought a van not even a month ago had a issue with it so took it back to have them look at it a mechanic named Pete tried to tell me my van shaking was normal (even though a code for cylinder 6 was showing) he then proceeded to tell me my husband was a dumba$$ and for him to fix it ?I spoke to the owner about the situation and he didn't seem to concerned!I love my van just wanted them to hold up their end on fixing the issue when I JUST bought it, take your business else where!

Don't ever and I repeat don't ever buy a car from there me and my fiance bought a car a month later the Cadillac converter went out on us and we call and told the man that we don't want the car no more he told us just to make the payments no I'm sorry he told us to get it fixed and we don't have to make payments now they repold our car in this came out the owner mouth so the best thing to do stay away from K&K Auto

Buying the car is not the problem I dropped my car off 3/20/23 to get my CO2 sensor replaced and I was told that it was a quick job so it would not take long here I am going on day 3 without a car and the only reason I got an update on my car is because I called them to see what was going on they have HORRIBLE communication and give ZERO updates about your vehicle and no one in the office seems to care that I have no way to work therefore I can’t make the payment and was told that they have cars that’s been out there for weeks waiting for repairs would not recommend getting a car from there if you depend on your car for work. But I guarantee you when it comes time for the payment they gonna want it on time.

If I could give no stars I would . I came a hour away to purchase a car, before coming I spoke with someone on the phone 2 hours before coming about a specific car so that I wouldn't be wasting my time, I got there & it wasn't available anymore. I tried test driving 4 different cars & none of the cars would start. Very bad business very unprofessional!
