The rooms was okay. Rooms need a lot of work done. My tub was peeling inside like they painted my tub. I would not stay here no more cause yall hotel is nasty. The housekeeper told me yall don’t change the duvets covers when the guest check out only time yall change it if it’s a stain on the duvet cover. Yall don’t know what the other guest did in that room. That’s health issues. I did like the housekeeper Patricia that services my room. She a really nice lady. When I was looking for her the next day to give her tip. One of the housekeeper told me she got fired from listening to music in her room while she was cleaning her rooms. That’s crazy y’all really fired that lady for listening to music. The housekeeper told me yall can’t keep people that long. That’s a problem. Management needs to do better cause yall horrible at management. Yall scores will forever go down hill. Hint: The hotel need new management.

Way better then expected. No idea a Dennys was on property much less you get breakfast included with your stay. Right off interstate. Many restaurants, Walmart, lowes..all within walking distance.
Softer bed. I don't like typical firm hotel bed. Everything was clean.
Musty smelling the hall. Hotel is very linear, only 2 floors so you have walk a bit from lobby to your room.
Staff was great in telling us where to go and about breakfast.

Damp room, soap on bottom of tub, incorrect directions to my room from desk clerk, no Holiday Inn signage on the building (what?). For breakfast they give you a chit to use at the attached Dennys restaurant. Go somewhere else

My goodness, this location saddens me. I've been telling friends, family, and colleagues to make the switch to IHG. This property is such an embarrassment. Smells like old wet carpets and socks. The carpet and pad need to be replaced. The split unit is disgusting with moldy mildew on the exhaust. So you're getting cool but disgusting air to breathe. There was a huge dead roach underneath the desk. My God, what goes through your staffs minds when they clean these rooms?! Actually, they don't clean them! Otherwise, that roach wouldn't be there in the first place. I'm sure they didn't even change the pillow cases and sheets either. I'm definitely going up the ladder with this one, straight to corporate. This is unacceptable for your image. No wonder the express suites down the road and all the other hotels were fully booked. Everyone steered clear of this abomination. This is sad because your desk staff was great and the location is too. This place needs a total remodel, deep cleaning and sanitation, all new cleaning staff or new management. Shame on them for holding the name IHG. I will not recommend anyone staying here moving forward. If this is your absolute last option, maybe. Do not come here. Otherwise, you will be kicking yourself all day and night. Trust me
Rooms: Absolutely terrible, disgusting, stay away and I'm not kidding.
Food and drinks: There's plenty of places nearby to eat.

This is our halfway stop when visiting relatives in NJ. Staff always friendly and helpful, that says please come again..
Rooms: Always clean, great shower and comfortable beds.

Travelling from FL to NJ, my family and I decided to sleep here for the evening before finishing our drive. The room itself was adequate, though the walls were paper thin (I could hear my neighbor snoring through the wall). However, the tub was filthy, and the water pressure from the shower was akin to a dripping garden hose. The mattresses were terrible - squishy and lumpy and very uncomfortable.
The room was booked for 4 people - 3 adults and 1 child. However, we were only provided with 3 bath towels. We were also given 2 vouchers for free breakfast, even though there were 4 people staying in the room. The person at the front desk said they would "make an exception" for my daughter, and gave us a kids voucher... but there was nothing they could do for the additional person in the room. Again, the room was booked for 4 people! It's terrible customer service to only provide breakfast for half the guests staying under a single reservation.
Needless to say, my family and I won't be back to this Holiday Inn, and will probably avoid this chain in the future.

$169 for a room that was worse than the red roof. Outdated, smells funky, and stains all over everything. The 1 star is for the front desk receptionist. She was very, very nice.

Worst holiday inn ever and can't believe they are one of them. I only stay at holiday inn as ihg platinum member and this room was smell so bad and dirty. I am now looking for other membership

I do the check in at 1am to 1:30 am the customer service horrible ? the guy but the reservation on the wrong name and he never explaint to us about the discounts and breakfast.
Noteworthy details: Employees have treat better de customers !!!!

We had a nice stay here and the staff was friendly. They also have a Dennys in the lobby.
