We had a wonderful experience here! The staff is phenomenal! Couldn't say a bad word about them! The rooms are pretty decent, other than the pull out sofa being extremely painful to sleep on. The regular beds, however, are very comfortable to sleep on! Would recommend!

Had a very long trip and randomly decided to stop at this hotel. Front desk personnel very nice. Lobby very modern and rooms look good as well. HOWEVER at 4am upon using the restroom a cockroach crawled from a piece of broken seal behind the sink. With my husband and son asleep- I squished it and put it in a bag which I brought down to the front desk and requested manager call me (as one was not on duty during the weekend). Monday came and went, no call. I called the hotel requesting to speak with a manager, was told she went home for the day and assured me that I would receive a call Wednesday the 3rd. To date (July 7th) nothing. Received an email from corporate regarding a survey in which I explained what happened. Customer satisfaction is not priority here, if something goes wrong, it won't be addressed or resolved by management

This place is infested with roaches. Will never be staying here again. First room seemed normal until the lights went off and they climbed out of the bathroom into the dog's bowl. Second room's bathroom was also crawling with them. Spend the extra money somewhere else for the peace of mind.

Had a wonderful experience staying at the Comfort Suites in Lumberton, NC. Lady at the front desk was so nice. Rooms were clean,bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was great as well. Will definitely stay there again on my next trip.
Rooms: Rooms were spacious and clean. Updated and modern shower.. bed was super comfortable.

Now I normally like to spend extra money on hotel to not deal with any issues and of course breakfast they offer. I stayed for 4 night at this hotel because of this program I was taking at UNCP.
After the first night staying here, I contracted bed bugs bites all over my arms and legs. I confirmed my theory by going to the doctors and being prescribed steroids pills since I was showing flares up all over my body. I realize the beds didn’t have mattresses protection on it and i ended up seeing a very small orange bug crawling on the white comforter.
I was offered another room by the staff on duty and he was nice fellow. But I felt very uneasy for the rest of my stay as the other room didn’t have a mattress protector either. I never heard from the manager via phone nor email. I am very disappointed and will not be staying here again.
Rooms: All mattresses at this hotel need a mattress protector. Lumberton is a travel destination for long drivers. I don’t want anyone else to contact bed bugs

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. They do not have queen sized beds, just doubles. Breakfast was terrible- coffee luke warm, waffle station looked good, but no plates! Yogurts outdated. The breakfast needs work!

I stay here everytime I visit this area. I have no complaints.
Rooms: Nice size well kept rooms
Nearby activities: Close to several restaurants and shops. Directly off the highway
Safety: Well lit and visible. Parking lot is well lit and easy to manuver through
