I called for some shotgun primers and the guy on the phone said he was the owner and wouldn't help me because they had 20 people standing in-line and told me to keep trying to call them back and I offered them my phone number so they could contact me when they weren't busy, so what's the difference who's in-line as long as you're making money and taking care of your customers, he also told me that no one else has shotgun primers what a little lier and I'll NEVER call them or refer them to anyone ever

I just went into the store to purchase some bullets, and the guy had rather take a phone call concerning some lady's foot and just talked on and on and on and just basically didn't want to help me. So I walked out of the store. And will not be going back ever again. Just sad.

Have shopped here many times over the years. They have a great selection on many firearms and related items. Pricing may seem high, however, it is not. Guns and ammo fluctuate worse than the stock market, always has and will continue to do. I will continue shopping with them. Are you really saving ¢0.09 per round online after shipping and taxes?

This is place is over price great service they were friendly but they still charging you 2020 prices and that not.good I got a pack of tannerite that i should of have paid half of what I paid that goes as well with the ammunition I still paid and got all those things cause I need something right there and than but they charging you Rona prices

I’ve been to quite a few gun shops in several different states and this place, by far, has got the worse customer service I’ve ever encountered. And this review is accumulation of 5 different attempts to shop there in 2 years time. I’ve literally walked in there each time with enthusiasm and MONEY in my pocket and walked out disgusted at the way I got treated. At first I thought it was a “bad day” but I kept returning and walking out frustrated over and over again. Employees are judgemental and rude AF.

Horrible place for customer service. Waiting to be helped for a pistol purchase, the employee was on his phone walking around, didn't even want to acknowledge me. Guess they are ok with business and don't need to sell any items.
