Black’s Tire of Lumberton is local to me and a recommended tire installer of Tire Rack. So I was confident that Black’s would provide a high level of service based on that recommendation. Black’s Tire mounted and balanced my Tire Rack purchase quickly and at a very fair price. I didn’t experience any wheel vibration on the short ride home. We were traveling from PA to SC and hit an object on the road. Our left front tire had a huge bubble. We were in a bad way as it was getting late in the day. We found Blacks on Google and thankfully it was a Goodyear Tire center.
I was thinking we might be spending the night in Lunberton, but Eric at Black’s was very responsive and very helpful. He said it might be a while. It was after 3pm and he squeezed us in and we had a new tire in under an hour. The mechanic was super helpful and friendly too.
We had our small dog with us and it was 95 degrees out. Eric was happy to let us stay on the waiting room with our dog.
Thanks to Eric Townsend and everyone at Blacks for being so service- and customer-oriented.

I was helped by friendly staff at the service desk. They helped me immediately and got my car in the queue for service. The service person, Eric Martin, was extremely friendly and efficient. I will recommend him and Black’s Tire to my friends and neighbors.

I will always choose Blacks Tire .. They always do a fantastic job and The Employees at the Blacks Tire on Elm Street on Lumberton are the Best Customer Service and The Service Men do a awesome job.. ?
