Quick. Always tries to upsell something that isn’t needed but I assume that is part of their job. I don’t mind that part but they could work on their customer service. It usually isn’t too bad but today the little boy at the register, acted like I was speaking a different language when I asked him questions. They kind of act like you are bothering them a bit. If you’re going to be one of the most expensive places in town, at least fix your attitude. I go there for any of my regular maintenance needs but I’ll probably look elsewhere before I decide next time. Unfortunately this is the standard for Robeson county and not a lot of options.

I was towed in with a bad tire and was able to get my tire purchased and replaced in less than an hour. I will definitely go back if ever service is needed. I highly recommend this establishment.

They accommodated me and completed my repairs on my universal joints and other maintenance on a Friday afternoon and I was desperately needing it done that day and they were able to do it even though I could tell they weren’t looking forward to having an issue laid in there lap with so much to do before the week ended …. Also every other place turned me down that morning and even other blacks tire shops said no from the start the banana tire in Lumberton nc on Fayetteville road put in the effort to make a customer grateful and happy big thanks

The mechanics did a good job with the inspection. Fast service. However the man at the register was really rude. He has a bad attitude, bad customer service skills, and didn’t even communicate what was happening with the transaction. The way he spoke to me each time was as if he was annoyed/burdened by my presence. I got 2 vehicles inspected. One passed and one did not because I needed 2 tires. He told me I owed $12.xx, so I commented on how it was cheap. I assumed they didn’t charge me for the one that didn’t pass, but he didn’t say anything. Then when I thought I was done he said I owed $24.xx. I was confused because he didn’t say it was two separate transactions, so I asked him and he acted annoyed with me for asking and said “one passed and one didn’t”. So I just paid, said thank you, and left. I took my car next door to Walmart to get new tires. When complete, Blacks tire was still open another 35 minutes. I called and nicely said, “hi I was just there for an inspection and it failed because I needed tires. I got tires put on, is there any way I could bring my car back real quick to be reinspected?” The guy (sounding annoyed again) said “we can inspect it first thing Monday morning.” I said, “okay, sir there’s no way possible you could do it today before you close?” Again in an annoyed voice he just repeats himself “first thing Monday morning”. I explained to him that it seems he’s had a bad attitude during the encounters I had with him and how I didn’t understand why. And again he repeats “first thing Monday morning” not even trying to acknowledge what I’m saying. I’m not saying he had to do me any favors if they didn’t have time to get me in before close, but the way he spoke to me the whole time was as if I was annoying him. It’s hard enough for many women to take care of car issues because I don’t know much about cars and I have the right to ask questions about what I’m paying for. This man has a bad attitude every time I’ve been to this company and I will not be going back there again. I will be getting my inspection elsewhere. My husband even commented on how rude he was, and he doesn’t often comment on bad customer service.

Friendly quick and efficient. I will return if I need any more automotive repairs. Thanks to Black Tire, I found out what was wrong with my headlights and how to get them fixed, no one knew what was wrong, they found the problem, they couldn't fix it but they showed me where to go to get it done thank you Black's Tire

My first visit to Black’s Tire & Auto Service was fantastic! I had called about an hour prior to ask if walk-ins were okay and the gentlemen working at the reception desk (one of them was Joseph) assisted me with servicing my vehicle. It is important to mention that a family member suggested paying them a visit and BTS came highly recommended. I was guaranteed that servicing would take place about an hour and a half, and I was happy to wait. Even more impressive was how affordable the servicing I needed was! If I were to drive to the nearest dealer in Fayetteville, I’d be paying double what I paid at BTS. It was a wonderful experience and I look forward to coming back when my car may need servicing. Cheers and many thanks to the team at BTS. :)

I stopped at Black’s tire and auto service based on the suggestion from roadside service. So glad i did - they were able to patch my tire. Very courteous, friendly and very reasonable. I am from out of state- 7 hour trip home- tire looks good. Thank you!
