Can park overnight have room for about 8 trucks, they start at 0700. I was backed into the only door at 0655 they started unloading at 0700, nice people here

Went there at 8 pm but they start at 3 am to get started. Went the 1rst in line and to dock on dolr.they unload pretty fast and should be put around d 4-5 by my understanding but guess what? They didnt let me go out until 9 am because they were counting the load and all where good without any damages. No restrooms!

I come here pretty often for Stephen Roberts, which is the very last area of the cold storage facility, They always get me right in. Usually done, whether I'm loading or unloading, in like 20 minutes. Friendly and out the door quickly, LOVE coming here. Never had to use any of the facilities, I have a bathroom on my truck and everything else, so I can't attest to those. But everything else is top-notch.

For truckers: This Review is For SR Originals, which uses the Americold Facilies. They are located past the main Americold entrance towards the back of building next to Spartan Nash. Facts- got here at 12:45 for a 16:00 apt. I caught them on their lunch and they were loading another truck. As soon as they finished with that truck, I was docked on door 12, which was the only working door. You walk and and they check you in. Plenty of truck parking for about 10 trucks, but there was only 2 of us at this time. They started loading me at 13:37, and we’re done within 20 mins with 17 pallets. Opinions: very pleasant staff. They even offered me lunch. Very fast loading time. I was out way before my appt time. I will return to this facility. 4 stars because they only had one working door. Bathrooms available inside the Americold building and a break room with coffee and vending machines.

Horrible wait times 9 pallets took 8 hours to unload. A couple other drivers have been here longer than me. Lazy!!
