“It's a small postal outlet, bring cash...I do. And for those folks complaining about using plastic for the transaction, go to the main post office on Mercer St if you want to use debit or credit cards, otherwise bring cash. Always great service when I go and everyone is very friendly, except those customers complaining about not being able to use plastic for payment.”

“I love my Bailey post office. I've lived here for 27 years. They have been wonderful. We have a p.o. box. They're always considerate about our mail. My only complaint is that the place can be overwhelmed by people getting passports.”

“The kind of small town service you don't get at larger post offices, including friendly staff, and dedicated carriers. We've ordered everything from chicks to grills, and the Kenly Post Office has been great. Perfect? Well, sometimes things end up close by, not on the spot, but we get a chance to meet our neighbors. Good job Friendly Kenly!”

“From April 10, 2016 to January 3, 2019 to May 21,2021 I would like to humbly thank the awesome mail carriers who were on my route of Timberlake Drive(Burnside Subdivision) and my two postal carriers who retired and my two who were regulars for a brief few months on Sauls Street(Boswell/Walston Property Subdivision), here in Wilson NC. Your courteous and professionalism was greatly appreciated. Thank you for your kindness and service always with a smile. Thank you for your postal doorbell alerts to let me know I had a package being left on the porch. I will miss you greatly. Thank you to the two young lady mail carriers who I only saw once or twice on the route who were greatly informative and understanding when I asked for assistance mailing certain items during the holidays. Thank you for the many supervisors and clerks at Mercer Street Post Office for always rectifying any issues and never being agitated . My current status moving forward is total uncertainty, as my fellow neighbors and I have no clue on what our future holds with our mail delivery. We thank God for the Blessed Past Service we have had in our area.”
