“McLean storage is genuinely the best storage facility we have ever used. We are a family of five that was living in a small 1200 sq ft home so we have had to use a couple of the big name storage facilities to store our stuff over the years. Fast forward to august we went under contract for a house and had to remove a lot of clutter so that we could list our home - we found McLean and noticed that it had amazing reviews and was competitively priced with other places that we had used previously. Once we actually got there to look at the unit (we did everything online) we were in literal shock! We had a climate controlled unit so the building had AC and they had music playing ? we truly felt that our stuff was safely stored here. Once we closed on our houses we went and emptied our unit over the weekend and I hadn’t had a chance to call and let them know - and then I received a text that following Monday that said our unit was unlocked and all belonging had been emptied and wanted to make sure that was the intention. I loved that they did this because it shows that they are attentive and making rounds and checking on the units. I can’t recommend them enough and will definitely use them again in the future for any of our storage unit needs!”

“2 and 1/2 years my furniture, washer dryer, books. Knickknacks, etc. were stored at the Safenest Storage Steele Creek. Was temperature control unit. Finally able to move into new place. Everything was in great shape when moved out of unit. No mold or anything Looked like had only been stored a day not years. The staff was always very helpful if needed them. Would recommend Safenest for any storage needs.”

Donna, the manager at this location, is sooo sweet and super helpful to all of her customers! She always has a smile on her face and will wave to you when you pull through the gate. “Everything was done online. I didn't have to take time out of my day to go there and set everything up. The facility is clean and I feel my things are safe there. My unit is actually in the very back and it is very dark. I had to go by after work and it was a bit eerie. If I had any suggestion on improvement it would be better lighting along the back of the last building. Otherwise I am a very satisfied customer.”
