Moved to the area recently, but still went to my old mechanic back towards Asheville. After the hurricane he was unavailable and I needed work on my car asap, Mike was recommended, and after a few minute conversation with him, I can see why. Mike was quick to get me in that day, even with a full schedule, diagnosed the issue within a couple hours, he was honest and professional and told me exactly what I needed done, his price was actually much less than the national average for the job, and he had me on the road by the end of the day. Overall, five stars for price, professionalism, and honesty. Mike and his crew are my new mechanics from here on out.

I have a Nissan Altima with 257000 miles and I have been ripped off, lied too, and downright taken advantage of. Greg Whitman from Gaston Floors has 3 vehicles serviced there regularly and told me I should give Mike a try. So when I met this young man I was impressed with his mannerisms and professionalism and just downright clean shop. After he had given the estimate I got a second call from him and I said oh boy hear it comes. This is the part where I always get ripped off. Mike told me he was able to get a better deal on my parts. He told me it was going to be $150 less. I am 100% satisfied and I highly recommend this company.

I’ve gone to multiple mechanics in the past and have always left feeling ok about the experience but not great but that is not true for Mikes auto service. As a car guy myself I can usually tell when a place is sketch but Mike was the most genuine and honest mechanic I’ve met. He made everything that he was doing to may car very clear and ran me through all the issue then told me how I could fix them myself sense I just got a diagnostic on some issues. I will from now on only use mikes auto service!

Called Mike last week and told him I needed to have a new radiator installed due to my car running hot. Took it yesterday with the radiator I purchased online as well as a new thermostat. Mike called and went over everything that they could see was wrong with the car and made suggestions on other parts I may need to replace due to some other things they noticed. Pricing was good for the work they did. Would recommend trying them if you have any car issues.

I can't say enough good things about Mike's! I do not live near by, but I broke down close to the shop in Lowell. After getting a tow to the shop, Mike worked me in and fixed my car within 2 hours and I was back on my way. I am very grateful for the quick, kind, and professional service. Very knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy. I will recommend this shop to my friends in the Gastonia / Charlotte area.
