The most consistent service department I've ever visited. I've never seen anyone get upset. It's very rare that a dealership knows how to deliver excellent customer service and a high level of satisfaction. It's probably because they value their employees and that type of behavior trickles down.

I don't even know where to begin, This dealership has all the red flags that your typical dealership has. I went in on a Friday (9/9/22) to see an SUV that I saw online (which is still post it and it's in their lot) I walked in to the dealership asking for a sales person available, which I was working with the sales person Eddie, I got to see the suv test drove it but I had an appointment I had to leave but I told him that I will be back. when trying to leave a dealership you know how it goes, One of the managers offer me to take the car to my appointment I declined that offer because I didn't want to feel pressured. Then another manager asked what we needed to do to get the deal done I told him I just have to go to my appointment and I had to think about it and offer me more for my trading. I couldn't make get back the same day I text the sales person Eddie the next day early in the morning (9/10/22) keep in mind they open at 9 AM. I text him almost close to 10 am that I want to go ahead and apply for the car he sent me a link for the application, They ran my credit within 10 minutes of them running my credit I got a text from him saying that the car was sold. And he was just giving me a lot of lies. He said that they had an appointment on that car that Friday afternoon which is a lie because if they did why would they tell me to take the car to my appointment, Second he told me that somebody went to look at in the morning and bought it. It was just lie after lie and I told him I said it doesn't make sense if you knew the car was sold why did you make me apply for it. In the car it's been in their lot for almost a month I've seen it where the price was set up over $53k and now it's drop to $49k it's nothing but your typical liars that work at a dealership. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!

Since the original owner left this place has gone downhill. All they can do is change oil not sure if they can do that correct. Took in my suburban to Get diagnosed and after an hour and a half they were wondering why I came there nothing has been done.

This will come as no shock to the repair managers sitting at their little podiums in the garage area, but my visit (5-27) was handled poorly and is a reflection of the importance ownership places on customer service. The purpose of my visit was to simply ask a tech about an overheating problem I am having with my Cadillac. Mr. Podium Guy told me the man I needed to see was his shop foreman who was cleaning up "a room". He called him letting him know I was going to wait for him in the visitors lounge. After an one hour wait, I had other appointments and told Mr. Podium Guy I had to go. I hope that room is clean. I am no more or no less important than anybody else, and I understand being busy or shorthanded, but you will find I am a regular customer to your maintenance department. I also manage a fleet of vehicles for my company that I have you service. Hope that room was worth it.

Recently I brought my 2012 Buick in to find out why my air and heat were only coming out the defrost area. I was told the total repair would be $1,900. I chose to not have it repaired and was charged $160.00 for them to diagnose the problem. I then took the car to Fred Caldwell in Clover for a second option and they were able to fix the car for $590.00. When I return to Gastonia Chevrolet Buick and ask why their estimate was so high I was rudely told by the Service Manger that I just got a good deal and there estimate was correct. A $1.310.00 difference is much more then a good deal! I requested my $160.00 back for the incorrect estimate and was told that was not possible. Needless to say I will not be doing any type of business at Gastonia Chevrolet Buick.Service: Air conditioning

My family and I have bought every Chevy we have ever owned from this location and even a few from them when they were in Belmont. I have never had an issue with service or sales. A little over a month ago I had to take my truck in for warranty work. Told the service writer to make a note that my vehicle had power towing mirrors and to use the button to fold them, to NOT manual fold them. 2 days later I pick the truck up and guess what, my driver side mirror won't power fold because the gears are stripped from manually folding it while it was in service. I go back in and inform them just to have the service writer tell me that the technician had wrote on my ticket that the mirror was already broken. Now I'm pissed. Service manager gets involved and tells me he will review the shop video and if the techs folded the mirror by hand then he would replace the mirror. Fair enough to me, he calls back 20 minutes later confirming that they will indeed replace my mirror that it may be a while before it comes in. Understandable given the current situation with manufacturing. Here we are a month and a half later, I call in to service just to see if they can estimate when the mirror will arrive just to be told there's no notes to order my mirror and that it wasn't ordered. Once I have the mirror in my possession I will never return to this location nor will I recommend them. If they broke a mirror and lied about it can you imagine what shady business they're running? They work on 100k Cadillacs and wouldn't be honest with me over a $600 mirror. Sad.

I have been bringing my Cadillac Escalade here for a good while. When Jason was there I had absolutely no issues. I've always was provided a loaner car no matter what year my truck is!! I recently called and scheduled an appointment to have my check engine light checked along with my brakes. I was provided a time to come and drop off my truck and was informed I would get a loaner. When I arrived last month I was informed that I was not able to get a loaner because they did not have any available and also because my truck is an older model. I have never been told that when Jason Fink was there!! Nobody contacted me to inform me that there were not loaners available. I will never ever go back to this location again. This was very disappointing and now I will find somewhere else to take my "old " Escalade to be worked on!!

I lost my sweet husband one week ago and have been dealing with the emotions and all that has to be done and feeling extremely overwhelmed and exhausted. Then on top of it, I had car trouble. Left without a vehicle, they got me in and fixed in half a day. So very kind and understanding of my predicament. So appreciative of the service manager and Tim. Then on top of it, they dropped it off to me so I wouldn’t have to figure all of that out! Thank you so much!!

I've bought 2 new cars/truck there over the last 4 years and paid cash, $95K total. I dropped my car off for service on Sunday night and picked it up Monday afternoon. Missing was my garage door opener. When I picked it up after paying a service bill of $1,800 the truck was left unlocked in their parking lot. Yes I should have known better than trust a car dealer to protect my property. Never felt so disrespected. Was about to buy two new cars/truck but not now. Done, they just got the last of my monies.

I am an active duty Soldier currently stationed in Fort Jackson, SC. Due to the fact that I was out of state, I asked my salesperson, Chris, to have all the details worked out before I got there. I was trading in a motorcycle. When I arrived, Chris had my new car already cleaned up and ready for me to drive away. Even though this is a high volume dealership, I felt like the only one there. I have been looking for the right car/deal for weeks now and have visited several dealerships closer to home. After dealing with Chris, I will definately make the trip if I'm in the market for another vehicle in the future. I'm not one to leave reviews, usually a good experience is expected and a bad experience means I wont be back, simple as that. In this case, this dealership was so squared away and professional, I felt like I should share my experience.
