From start to finish this has been the best car buying process I have ever been through. There are no sales tactics with them, they are detailed, honest and their communication far exceeds any other dealership. Phillip (sales), Jeff (sales manager), and Marty (General Manager) are beyond amazing, words can not even describe how comfortable and easy they have made it. I love my new car and couldn't be happier!!!

Our salesman, Phillip McSwain, went above and beyond to get us a good price and teach a technologically inept person how to synch her phone and use many of her new car's features. Our financier was instrumental in getting us the best finance rate we could get. Overall, I am happy with the whole purchase experience and I love my new Traverse.

I had been looking for a 2024 GMC Denali Acadia ever since they announced that they were coming out with the new body style. I knew exactly what I wanted when I got to this dealership after having 2 bad experiences with 2 different GMC dealerships. The deal went GREAT. Was smooth sailing UNTIL I went to get into my car to leave and my husband notices the TWO passenger side rims are SCRATCHED. And the paint was chipped on the back of the car. The dealer set it up for me to have the rims fixed and the paint touched up and all was well. I was expecting for them to have my car 2 business days AT THE MOST. They had my car from that Saturday to that Thursday!!! Went to pick my car up...everything was perfect. Rims looked great. My Husband and I were driving down the road and we hear this LOUD thumping noise IN MY BRAND-NEW CAR. My husband did some research, and it appeared to be the strut hitting the body. I texted my salesman Friday night 8/9 and he tells me he would get with his service manager the next day. I JUST HEARD BACK FROM HIM TODAY 8/13, (mind you I have not been able to drive my car) he called and said "I'm sorry I haven't gotten back with you, I have been swamped. My service manager wanted me to tell you that you can take the car to any dealership that it is under warranty. It looks like all you have to do is tighten that strut up and it SHOULDNT hit the body anymore" OKAY.......First of all I shouldn't have to tighten up ANYTHING on a brand-new car!!! Second it wasn't making ANY kind of noise when I dropped it off to get the rims fixed. I am just so unhappy when I was SO excited to get the car. I have had NOTHING but problems since I bought it.

BEWARE bought AC Delco battery from them and battery went bad and they will put new in under warranty for $60 labor fee!!!! Already paid labor fee $42.50 when installed the ones that's bad!!! Sad they treat customers who purchased cars from them over last 10 years and had them serviced there too.

Made an appointment for Tuesday. Truck wasn't looked at til Thursday afternoon. Tried to over sell at every turn, on work that wasn't completed. Pricing not competitive. When work was finally completed my truck parked in the back lot and I was told I could walk out and get it myself. No customer service or helpfulness. Wanted to get work completed so I could trade in and purchase a 2024 HD truck, will be going somewhere else.
