This gem is kind of hidden but definitely worth the stop over any other store near by! If you come off the McAdenville or Lowell exit just drive down to this store and you won't be disappointed! This store is top notch in my opinion just because of how good the customer service is!

I never knew this store was called Lucky’s haha We’ve just always called it The Tobacco House in Lowell! They always have great customer service! Very friendly & helpful! They always try to have the best deals and lowest prices in town! This is not your fancy convenience store! This is a store that has been in the city of Lowell for years!!! I love the old rustic vibe of the place! Owners are awesome!!

While I have nothing against the store. It is wrong that the state of NC says I have to wear a mask in public yet this store has a sign up saying no masks allowed in store.

Was here about 5 month ago. I am from the lowell area. I use to by all of my tobacco products from this place until 5 months ago. I pulled up in my car and got out rite away to walk in. As soon as I stepped out of my car my cell phone rang. I answered my cellphone and said "hello". By the time I could finish saying hello a man came walking from the store asking me, and I quote "what in the hell are you dooing?". I responded with "excuse me sir?" He said "what in the hell are you dooing! You can not stand out here on my property and be talking on your cellphone!". I asked what in the world the issue was and that I was in the process of walking in the store to buy a can of grizzly and a drink. He continued to littlery freak out on me screaming at me. I have never seen anything like this in my life nor been treated this way by ANY business. This store and its owners are pathetic and I honestly should have got the police to deal with the man. But I just got in my car and drove away. Will never be back here.

Idk about the grill that is clearly included in the name of this establishment....but, as convenience stores go, this one is hands down the best I have patronized! The friendly owner is super accommodating, and will maintain a stock of specialty products for the individual customer, upon his/her request, in addition to many other hard to find items! The prices on gas are also the cheapest within 10 miles at least, only downside is having to deal with the ancient pumps!
