“Very nice staff. I went in for something specific and it wasn't on the shelf. I asked them if they had it in the back and the nice young lady at the register said she didn't know but she called another gentleman up there. He said "what!? I just stocked that earlier today; let me go check for you." He then came back out pushing a cart with the product on it to restock it AGAIN. Highly recommend.”
“Im not a big alcohol drinker, but I do keep a bar, all the types of bar tools, glasses, etc especially during football season. This ABC store is 10 miles away and I often pass 2 other ABCs to go here because the employees are truly nice and great at helping to choose something new or different for me to serve my friends. The place is always clean, also. They have new businesses show their alcohol products every now & again. I always try the samples and support local small businesses. Most recently I tried Sasser canned liquors and Sasser Rum. The young man selling them was awesome in telling me all about how his family got into the liquor making biz. So things are looking new & different at our house for the upcoming 2024 football games & season.”

“Enjoy this location more than the one in Belmont. Only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is due to the lack of registers working at checkout. I understand there can be factors like staff shortages, it’s just a suggestion to maybe implement self checkouts?There’s a few stores I’ve been to who have started self checkouts, it definitely helps when it gets busy.”
“Wish it was cheaper everything is like 20% more than SC. Has a nice selection of liquors at least 2 cashiers every time I go in, not to mention I always go in 10 min to close. They definitely stop saying right ontime and like to leave ontime so don't get there any later than 10 till”

“Harris Teeter usually has very fresh produce! It's like the Chick-fil-A of grocery stores. This location in particular is always clean & shelves are normally fully stocked. Their store brand Turkey bacon is literally top TWO when it comes to good quality and flavor. This is one item that's hard to come by but when it's in stock, we like to rack up! They are priced higher that other grocery stores like Walmart or Food Lion but there's a few items I like to buy from HT.”
“the staff are super nice and sweet and helpful. the issue is they NEVER have ANYTHING in stock (which I understand isn’t the staffs fault either- whatever regulations and yada yada) go to belmont, MIL or gastonia if you want the most basic of the basics bc they probably won’t have what you want. mount holly is dumb they keep building with no incentive to expand anything else but housing.”

“Always fantastic customer service. The Gastonia one is closer, but I perfer to go the extra couple of miles. People like Kat in meat/seafood, the nicer variety, and the overall feeling that their employees wanted to be there are great reasons to shop there.”
“Been coming here since the 80s. Pretty cool place but, you got only about 2 hours a week that you can free bowl bowl when the leagues aren't practicing so good luck on that.. pretty good food though.. still got to give them five stars though for OG status”
“Having been a Harris Teeter customer for many, many years, last Saturday when I was in this store #3 … I met the kindest employee ever!!! Keilan (hoping I have his name right) was stocking groceries. I was searching for an isle, looking up to read the signs, in my own thoughts… out of nowhere, I heard this gentle voice asking, “Do you need help?” The store was crowded so I didn’t know he was talking to me. He walked up closer, “maam, can I help you find anything?” Surprised, I said, I’m looking for flour. He then walked me over to where the self-rising flour sat on the shelf.
We talked for a minute and kindness flowed from him. He was like an angel … truly.
Keilan blessed me so much that day, simply because he reached out to a total stranger … a Harris Teeter customer … in kindness without expecting anything in return. In todays world, that is rare.
I hope Harris Teeter will recognize and acknowledge Keilan for his amazing customer service. I’m sure I’m not the only one he assisted. Thank you, Keilan! I’ll be back in that store regularly now because of you! ?”
