Bank is OK if you want you check a day early but is terrible with the hours it need to be 8am to 8 pm not no 10am when getting off 3rd shift its too long of a wait for them to open

Showed up on a Friday evening, ten after 5p. Branch was closed. Hours are until 6p unless it’s a holiday. No teller. No manager. No note explaining why. Walmart employee explained power outage earlier. Power was on when I showed up. A handful of other customers showed up shocked as well. One man needed to get to his account because he had a dog needing surgery. Another lady was near tears. I had to have my check cash. I observe Torah so no bank for me on Saturdays. Was on hold with corporate for 50 min. Finally they picked up and told me that there was nothing to be done. I explained that it was or for the course with this branch. Manager has a history of poor customer service. No note at the very least. This is irresponsible and unprofessional. This is a bank. People are trusting you with their money. I guess I’ll be banking elsewhere.

First experience, very pleasantly surprised! Brande helped me open an account, and she was amazing. I really felt like I was treated as a person and rather than just some, I number for the statistics. Highly recommended, definitely exited to bank with them in the future!

Been banking with Woodforest for years. The older fake woman manager would not allow a large settlement check to be deposited into account in January 2020. Remember not cashing this check, but to deposit into account! Remember been banking with them for years and never had a fraud check cashed there before. Guess it depends on who brings in a large check. Guessing did not fit there standards of wealth, race or gender. In the meantime check was deposited into 1st Citizen Bank with no problems. Just normal 5-days to clear. Never had this problem with any other bank in the past. If you are looking for a fair, professional, honest & appreciative bank, go to 1st Citizen or BB&T banks.

I cannot say enough about this branch of Woodforest Bank. The staff is always welcoming, helpful and friendly. The Bank Manager, Brian, is knowledgeable, capable and is well versed on banking practices and willingly assist all customers with their questions and banking needs. Thank you for staffing your convenient bank locations with customer friendly people and providing convenient banking hours! Two words for this great branch, THEY ROCK!
