Sorry that some have had a bad experience but,the staff here is FANTASTIC! Destiny and Stephanie(?) and all others are very sweet and informative. The pharmacists are patient and helpful as well. I have never had a problem speaking with anyone on the phone.maybe they were at lunch when you that have had a problem called. They are A++++ in our book!

They will NEVER answer the phone. In order to talk to anyone in pharmacy you have to go in person. Not very convenient when it's a 30 mile round trip and you're sick. They all need customer service training.

Destiny in the pharmacy is the best!! She helped me out by educating me on how to save money with my prescriptions. I've never had anyone at any pharmacy take up time with me and make me feel like I was her sole priority at that moment. She is an exceptional young woman and I hope Walgreens appreciates her!

They are really bad about answering the phones in the pharmacy and when you are in hold for a live person they will pick the phone up where you can hear them and then will hang the phone up in your face where you have to call back then your in a line with 3 or more people in front of you

Walgreens is horrible. The staff is always extremely rude. They seem to not know what they are doing when it comes to billing insurance. After the 1st incident, now when I get the text that my prescription is ready, I call to make sure and every time they tell me they are finishing it up and will be ready in 15 minutes. Well 45 plus minutes later when I show up to get it, my prescription still isn't ready and takes another 20 plus minutes. I've had to call my insurance company several times because they tell me my prescription is delayed due to insurance, but when I call my insurance, they tell me that Walgreens hasn't submitted anything. Anytime I call Walgreens, no one answers the phone, they just put me on hold for at least 20 minutes. I am writing this review while on hold with Walgreens. The first time I called, I was on hold for 25 minutes, someone picked up the phone and hung up on me. I immediately called back and have been on hold now for over 25 minutes. I'm definitely calling my insurance and finding another pharmacy. I'm done being disrespected by Walgreens staff

The cashier named Angel gave me the most disrespectful service in my life. I saw him treat customers with so much disrespect that he looked like he did not want to do his job. He needs to be fired.

Staff very unpleasant. Refused medication, was told that I.D. was not sufficient verification, their policy required verbal verification instead...lol

The next time, 2 workers are aware of 2 people waiting at the register to check out, 5 minutes, and after they made eye contact with you, as well after they walked past, please don't have then waiting on you. That's rude. That's poor customer service.

I just want to say thank you to the pharmacy staff at walgreens. My step mom is diabetic and was visiting from California. She had not realized that she did not have enough insulin to get her through her stay. Her doctor in California and the pharmacy were making it very difficult for her to pick up insulin out of state. Well, the pharmacists at Walgreens went out of their way to call the California pharmacy and get the prescription. An hour later we were picking up the insulin. Then we were unable to use her CA insurance, so we would pay out of pocket... but they were still able to get us a discount so it wouldn't be such a huge cost. I wish I remembered their names, but they were very helpful. Great customer service, went out of their way several times to help us out.
