i had ordered a package online and was tracking it though out the process when the day my package was supposed to come it read my address as an insufficient address so i had contacted the sender and they resent the package just for the same thing to happen again. I've called and called and called to see if i can get the package here before they send it back and i get no answer....? i've been calling for atleast 40 minutes and idk who's sitting on their phone there but this is the most infuriating thing i have ever experienced in my life.

I have called all the numbers you have on your page and none of the calls go to a wireless voice mail. I am calling to find out WHY I have not received ANY mail in 3 days. I always get junk mail or even mail of some kind.I am waiting for some important mail.Please check. Thank you

Had a colored lady don't know the name was very rude and nasty customer service I asked if my product was there saying on my phone app it was at the facility she kept saying it's not there and didn't even look she needs to be fired bad customer service

Why in the world do we have big lockersAt Lake RoyaleBut yet we have to put a yellow slip indicating the article is too big for theMailbox.Why was it not putting itJust put in a big locker with the key in my PO boxI guess that would hurt somebody's head to think that much.Seems like a no-brainer to meI'm just saying.

I don't enjoy writing bad reviews BUT there is SO MUCH wrong with the Louisburg Post Office. Yes some of the employees have attitudes but the worst is incompetence. We have come home from a couple day trips to find Priority mail sitting on our driveway MANY times. We have had mail delivered when we stopped our mail to travel North to care for my elderly Mom, Now we sold and item and shipped it out by Priority only to see the same day's tracking say it was DELIVERED to our home! The buyer is going crazy wanting a refund and we don't have a clue how the tracking shows it was picked up, went through Raleigh and then delivered back to us same day. It was not delivered back to us, it is somewhere in the postal track to hell. Wow, and all we hear is they are not making money? Gee, wonder why.

Today my husband and I got home and saw a package in our yard. OUR postperson PUT it by our door and wrap it in a plastic bag tied with a knot so (1) the rain would not ruin and (2) the knot kinda weighed it down the wind did not blow it away. The time , attention , and care she used was over and beyond the duty. We want to say a BIG BIG BIG THANK YOU. YOU will always be OUR post person.

Do not come here for your passport. We scheduled an appt and came early since we were told we can't be late. We arrived 30 mins early. No one in line and we were told to wait so they can keep the line going. Again, no one in line. For the 30 mins, 2 ppl!!!! Ridiculous. Apparently you can't be early or late!

Took my two-year-old to get her first passport. The lady who handles the passport had a nasty attitude from the start. She made my two-year-old stand on a unstable chair and on top of the chair a small stool. My daughter was scared and was moving side to side, the lady asked me to hold the chair still . My child was scared and started to cry and the lady kept talking under her mask and out of no where she yelled at my child to stop crying. Who yells at a 2 year old ? !!!! Worst experience ever .
