“I stopped in as an “out of town” customer yesterday to have my oil changed. They had been recommended to me from my family who lives locally. The experience was top notch from then initial contact on the phone. I was taken care of promptly upon arrival. I witnessed Brennan (sp?) take care of a young girl who was in a tough situation with her car. She had gotten upset over some news with her car that was nobody’s fault and Brennan handled it with a calm and clear head. He demonstrated problem solving skills and a very pleasant attitude through the entire interaction. I was very pleased with the whole experience and will return when I’m in the area.
