Service was fast with Friendly customer service. Order correct. So much better than in the past. Not sure what changed but I'm Very pleased .

The chicken gizzards are everything! Hot and has that great KFC flavor. I had to wait a little longer than usual, but the manager offered me a drink and a dessert. Thumbs up customer service.

Every time I go to this place they find a way to either mess up my order or don't give me what I have ordered either .....Not the best place to go to get food or anything ....

It took half an hour to get 2 Taco Bell meals. Once I finally got the food, everything was fine, it just took way too long.

It's a KFC Taco Bell so expect that going in, but they don't get my order wrong and are nice.

Every single time I give this place another chance they mess up my order. Can't follow simple directions. Then it takes them half an hour to get it to you.

Wednesday 8/30/2023 I paced a simply, small order in drive through. They asked me to pull forward after paying. It then started raining pretty hard. I sat there for 20 minutes before I finally walked inside asking where my order was. Everyone acted confused. My order was cleared off their screens. I told them what I ordered and the girl just had a terrible attitude about it. She didn’t say anything to me and just walked away. I walked around to the front of counter to see where she went. She was trying to at that time make the order. I at that point did not want to wait any longer and asked for a refund. The older lady that was taking the orders was extremely friendly however everyone else in that restaurant I encountered needed an attitude adjustment. I will never again visit this location.

As I was trying to place my order the employee kept interrupting me saying that they were out, or it’s going to be 20 minutes on that. This is a place that is known for fried chicken and they tell me that they don’t have any chicken ready and it’s 5:30 pm. This is the busiest time of the day for them (supper time). So I tried ordering the chicken sandwich (that’s out). I finally pulled up to the window and asked “What DO you have?” The woman got really upset and yelled saying “We have it but it just ain’t ready. You just don’t understand what been going on!” I told her to have a good evening and I drove off. What she didn’t understand is that I have worked in the fast food industry for over 20 years. I do understand. The employees had been sitting around and talking and playing instead of getting everything ready for rush hour. I did circle back through and got the 2 piece snack (of course they didn’t have any legs or breast meat”. The chicken was very greasy and the biscuit was hard on the top. I’m sure I’ll be going back there. It will be a little while though.

Terrible if I could give no stars I would. They had me waiting for over 40mins for 4 wings. Then after getting them no seasoning very bland. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
