Worst experience ever. Michelle took a 1/2 hour long phone call while she was preparing our taxes. The price for a married couple with 2 1099s was almost $1000 and BOTH state and Fed taxes got returned with hundreds of dollars in errors. Never again.

Very poor. Preparer spent almost 30 minutes on the phone giving someone directions on how to get there when the person obviously has alzhiemers. Paid almost 1k in fees, had to point out multiple things to preparer that they were missing. Got both state AND federal wrong. Letter from state owed $500 more letter from FED overpaid by $650. Our preparer gave herself a review here! If that's not a red flag I do not know what is.

Worst place to go to get your taxes done the lady that tried to help get mine was very kind and polite a weeks ago but when I got the price how much it was going to be I told her I would go somewhere and the manger there believe it was Michelle not 100% sure but she was rude and very hateful starting cussing got in my fiance face and telling the other lady to put in the system for us not allow back ever again and I will be reporting her to..That’s not how you treat people

Very friendly, felt like family bc they knew us as soon as we came in. They were very nice to my kids also. We have been going there for the past 12 years. Wouldn't have it any other way. Thank you hand r block for helping my family not stress over taxes.

The absolute worst place to do your taxes. We’ve been given the run around for 2 weeks, having to go back and forth multiple times to get our taxes done. They wouldn’t even give us a discount for all the inconvenience of having to drive there over and over. They kept telling us they had everything and would notify us once they were finished. Did they? Nope. Went in today and they hadn’t ever STARTED them. $280 plus all the gas there and back for horrible customer service. Who even knows if our taxes are actually correct. Never again will we be using their services. Ever. Whatever you do, do not go here or to any of them. Do your own taxes or find a private company.
