New managment means nothing as far as qaulity goes. First we were missing an enitre item from our order, then the cheesy jalapeño bread was supposed to have light bacon extra jalapeños has absolutely no jalapeños in it, the pizza was supposed to have no onions and looks to have double. Is it really that hard to follow directions that pop up on the screen step by step for you?

Terrible Service. System seems to be always down. When you call they hardly ever pick up the phone. When they do, it's a please hold immediately. Then they never come back to the phone.

How can you go wrong with Domino's one may ask? Easy ,twice I stopped in on a Sunday afternoon, the only employee there was quick to inform me he was busy and it could be a long wait..welp I give up on Domino's, just talking polite will carry you a long way,but I guess I get it,one person trying to cook,answer the phone and take counter orders is a recipe for disaster..

I ordered a Large Pepperoni pizza online (12/21 @9pm)for my boyfriend working in Louisburg, NC. He doesn't speak any English. I called the store to see if the order was there and to inform them that he doesn't speak English but will try his best. I didn't get the name of lady who helped me on the phone but she was so nice, very understanding and helpful! She definitely deserves a raise. Thank you so much!

I have ordered from Louisburg dominos many times. I just called for pick up at 6 pm. It is now 4:24. I was instructed to call back closer to 6 or my order will just sit there until I pick it up. Pizza Hut now has my order and it was less expensive than Dominos. Thanks to your smart mouth employee, you will no longer get my business.

I’ve been a long time customer, through the many ups and downs of the Louisburg Dominos. However I recently was talked to so rudely, I will not return. After attempting to call for two hours (order still not received), I had a friend call. Suddenly, a worker by the name of Joseph answered! He stated I might as well just forget my order because only 2 people were working and it’s just not going to happen. I was very nice, and hadn’t even told him my name. I told him to cancel the order. A short time later, I received a call asking if I wanted to cancel the order. Again, he was very rude! I was an avid customer of this Dominos, but no more! I can’t believe Bart Crum (Crum Realty) allows this to go on at his Domino’s Franchise! He’s such a good guy!
