I been waiting for my prescription today and they sent a text message saying they were waiting to hear back from my doctor at 11am for her to explain the directions better. It’s now 7pm so I called and they said they didn’t receive a message back from the doctor yet and I needed the prescription TONIGHT. They didnt call me and tell me they only sent her a text. In that case I would’ve called the doctor MYSELF before 5! Before they closed! The lady on the phone hung up after I explained how dumb that sounded. They are professional and are horrible at their jobs. She was rude and they need to do better with communication. Because now I have to go another day without the prescription. Y’all literally had all day! she clearly didn’t get the message! No on thought to call her?! Or tell me to call her?! Horrible. This isn’t my first issue either dealing with this.

Been going here for years. The staff has always been very helpful and personable. Pharmacist Anitha Mathews has always been very nice and knowledgeable. CVS is very lucky to have such a great woman working there.

Never had a problem with CVS in Louisburg, Pharmacy team is always so pleasant and nice when arrive to pick my medication up and when I put in for a refill pick up my medication is always ready to be picked up at the time that I set for it to be picked up, CVS LOUISBURG STAFF & PHARMACY YOU ALL ROCK!!!

Only time I ever deal with CVS is when I have to go to the pharmacy. I don't know if they are understaffed or overworked, but it's never a quick visit. I can never get anyone on the phone so I have to just drive up there. Last visit I went through the drive-thru and sat there for over 10-15 minutes without anyone coming to the window. I gave up and just went inside. They had no other customers inside, but they were working on prescriptions. I just try to avoid any prescriptions being sent here.

Staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful each time I shop. Clean, well-stocked and tons of coupons for the extra care membership shoppers. I found bigger savings then those big box stores.

Zero they has a bad attitude. Try to get medication and say I need a prior authorization the nurse send and they say they don't have it. Get text from nurse about it and someone name Jessica said she waited on me. Know that a lie and try to change pharmacy they doing something to block it

I am so frustrated with CVS!If you have a question about your prescription forget it. Don’t even bother calling you’ll never get through. I called the other day and was on hold for 35 minutes. I decided to drive there still on hold with my phone. By the time I got there I had been on hold for 57 minutes. Walked in the CVS store in Louisburg North Carolina, when I got back to the pharmacy department there was not one person in line and I was still on hold. It is like this every time I call with a question. I have no idea how they stay in business? I was so frustrated by this time. I definitely plan to change my pharmacy!

Minimum of 15 minute wait every time you try to call the pharmacy to talk to someone. Prior authorizations are the biggest headache with them and they don’t tell you that you need one until you try to go in and pick up the medication. They need a new fax machine or email or something because my provider is always having the hardest time getting my prescriptions to them (even though others sent the same time make it to the CVS Caremark delivery pharmacy same day). Finally switching to get rid of the headache.

Slow, slow, slow. Hate going to the pharmacy drive thru. If they had more than 1 clerk and 1 pharmacist it might help speed things along.
