The 2 gals, Carmen and Bre at your Louisburg location ought to train the people that answer the phones!!! After 3 calls each lasting almost an hour with hi tech that solved nothing, the Louisburg location fixed my phone!!! BRAVO AND THANK YOU FOR HAVING SUCH KNOWLEDGABLE WOMEN AT BOOST MOBILE IN LOUISBURG!!
