“I've been banking with Carter Bank and Trust for six years now. Overall I've been pleased with them. They do have debit cards but no online banking. It's a small town bank, once you get to know the people that work there they generally do whatever they can to help you long as they aren't breaking too many rules. I've tossed around the idea of switching to a more modern bank but I like the people there they know me by name when I walk in the door and know my voice if I call on the phone. They have always provided exceptional customer service. The main thing I love about this bank is the hours of operation this makes doing business there very convenient. How many banks are open from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm.? For what I need this bank is perfect for me.”
