“This is BY FAR the best cell phone store I have EVER been to regardless of carrier. I have been a T-Mobile customer for a couple of years now and LOVE my service. This week I needed to add my granddaughter and daughter to my plan and we had a complicated issue. I went in and was helped immediately by Crystal. She was personable, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly right from the start. I walked out a satisfied customer with everything working like I needed. The next day, I went back to get my granddaughters phone and watch synched up....again with a complicated issues. I did not get the name of the guy who assisted me, but he was awesome! T-Mobile continues to hit it out of the park for me and my family and THIS STORE and IT"S EMPLOYEES are the best!!”
