Unprofessional people who rent subpar homes for far higher than their value. They're rude. They send unlawful detainer notices if you can't pay in 5 days. It takes a month to get maintenance done when you ask for help. I just can't tell you how much I have been disappointed in this company. I would not rent from them again.

Renters beware, I tried to book a stay managed by the Pointe Reality Group through VRBO and they have an extremely complex and confusing cancellation policy. They will make it seem like you have the ability to cancel and then pull the rug out from you at the last minute. I would avoid booking with them at all costs.

Crystal Dickens is unlawfully representing and false advertising a property that is simply not hers. I have hired a team of attorneys to protect my land. This has been going on for a year. I’m here to let anybody know that if they enter Osprey pointe area I own the rights to I will file charges. I have the sheriff department on notice as well as they have the legal information to protect my rights. DO NOT ENTER!!I will say thank you Chris Petty was on top of this and handled the situation fantastic. I do recommend most staff at this firm.

The sellers agent was the listing company. The agent seldom, if ever, responded to request. If you want slow or no response then they are the ones for you.

Thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Pointe Reality, especially with agent Jennifer Innis. She's highly educated and makes you feel relaxed and not pressured into purchasing any property that doesn't meet your needs. Terrible agent they have, she is not professional and if you do not want to sell a house then at least let the owner know so they can list on with another realtor. I am only talking about one agent, your supposed to get buyers not turn them off and act like we need to kiss your feet.
