Came to our lake house, no Directv. Called MSAT Electronics, they were able to schedule the very next day (Friday). Gearl came, diagnosed a bad wire, we were watching tv within 30 minutes. Great service, very professional, highly recommended. This was our first experience with them but won't be the last. Thank you MSAT Electronics!

I've used msat twice now, once in my childhood home and just recently in a new home that I bought. Cutting the cable was made extremely easy by msat. Gearl is a nice friendly guy and he does great work. If anybody asks me he's the one I'd recommend. Don't hold it against him that he's from West Virginia and not North Carolina. He acts almost like a North Carolinian.

I called for a tech to come out and put a tv lamp in my big screen tv. The tech was On time Very Polite and Knowledgeable. He was done in less than 30 mins. He did a Awesome Job.
