Bad business practice to take one's money and then run. Whoever's using this place better call on any day but Friday. They'll take your money, but won't return calls on the details of service. Will likely have to go somewhere else since they're closed on the weekend. Thanks.

I never heard of a company charging 10 dollars a day late fee. I do not recommend this storage unit company to anyone. It is ridiculous banks don't charge that much for over draft.
