Great experience to work with these folks. The installed a new electric Bimini top on my pontoon. It looks great and was ready a day ahead of when they had promised. We will use them again and would recommend. Aside from great work all of the staff was extremely polite and great to work with.

Matthew and Josh were awesome to work with! We purchased a CF Moto UForce 1000XL. They were very patient with us as we decided exactly what we wanted. We needed a delivery 2.5 hours away and the accommodated is without issue. I was able to FaceTime Josh and he walked me through the install of the license plate frame. They always did what they said they would do and communicated well throughout the process.
I strongly recommend!

Just purchased a new Barletta tritoon and couldn’t be happier. Josh took us on a great test drive and answered all our questions and if possible did a demo. Matthew was very knowledgeable during the purchase of anything else we had questions about. Highly recommend them for your boating needs.

I'm very satisfied with both the purchase and service I have received from Josh and the entire staff at Lake Gaston Powersports. From giving me the best price on my new atv when I purchased it in January, to fitting me in last minute to get my machine serviced before my Hatfield and McCoy trails trip to WV. To top it off, the service was completed within 1.5 hours from dropping the machine off. I highly recommend Josh and this business for your Powersports needs.

Displeased with the team and the lack of internal communication. Called to set an appointment for service, informed the service advisor of the make, model, and issues with skis. Was informed i would be charged 2 hrs for diagnosis (1 hr each), and provided with a quote prior to commencement of service. Towed skis 2 hours, and dropped off. After 3 days, i visited the team for an update, and was told i would be charged 8 hrs for diagnosis. A, This should have been disclosed prior to me delivering skis. B, They could have called and informed me of the situation once evaluating. Nonetheless, they get one star from me for not respecting customers time, failure to communicate and properly evaluate situation prior to making a decision.

We are down here on vacation and our jet ski trailer decided to shed parts. Josh and Matt helped us out with a great deal on a leftover trailer. The transaction was easy and their communication was great!

We worked with this group on the purchase of a new pontoon boat, and could not have been more pleased with the experience. Matthew and Josh were knowledgable, responsive and helpful at every step of the process. Where other dealers struggled to return a phone call and provide basic information, these folks exceeded expectations and delivered a quality product at a fair price. Each time we visited, the staff greeted us like friends and treated us like family. This is the best team on the lake, and we plan to work with them for years to come!

Horrible place to do business will never go back parts were left off job was halfway put back together phone was always busy never got any calls back about how my repair was goin wouldn’t wish this kind of service on anyone take your business elsewhere or beware

These people are some of the nicest folks you’ll ever meet. I usually don’t leave a review until after I have utilized a businesses services completely. I was delightfully surprised with the great customer service by all of the staff that I spoke with, so much that I wanted to go ahead and post about my positive experience. When I called and spoke with the staff inquiring about JetSki rentals they were very informative and very helpful and just so polite. They made the confirmation process smooth. I ask a lot of questions :) and the young lady that I spoke with to confirm the reservation (I believe her name is Katie) was so informative and seemed more than happy to help. I hope the owner reads these reviews and understands the level of great customer service that the staff is providing. Keep up the great work everyone. We are really looking forward to our weekend and we appreciate the hospitality.

Just wanted to say Great Job to Matt and Mike. I purchased a 2021 Suncatcher Tritoon last October and wasn't given the Best info from Anthony who is no longer there. I took it back about 2 months ago for some winter repairs (Over a 5 hr round trip) and picked it up. On the way home had a major issue arise. Called Mike and he said let me see what we can do. Called me back and said please bring it back and we will look at it. Never promised to fix it, just that they would look at it. I took it back (another 5hr trip) and expected to not be happy when we left. Boy was I wrong!!!! To say they exceeded my expectation would be a understatement. Hat's of to some of the Best customer service in the world. I'm in the customer service business and I was very impressed. To the owners I would only say to keep and hire more like Mike and Matt and you will be in business for a very long time. I will be back for service and to get another boat!!!! They are worth the 5hr round trip each time!!!

It's a five star marine service shop. They will treat you better than your family does! They may not be cheap but quality never is. There's fixed then there's fixed correctly, this is the latter. I live in Garner and drive the 90 miles to bring my ski here because they do such a great job.

Lake Gaston Jet Ski Is absolutely wonderful. They've helped us sell a boat and maintain 3 boats and a jet ski. Every time, they've been incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Kenny and his team have gone above and beyond to tackle each project in the most professional way possible. I'm super excited that they just became a Sanger dealer too! They've already helped us with a few projects on our Sanger v215 SX, which is an AMAZING boat. I can't recommend them enough.
