“I have been to all of the Food Lions surrounding the lake. Compared to Norlina and the 3 different Food Lions in Roanoke Rapids area the vegetables and fruits at this location are the freshest. They have a fairly good selection of deli meat. I understand Littleton Spirits has Boars head meats and deli if that is what you are seeking. However the employees at the Food Lion meat and deli area are very attentive. I would avoid going on the weekend or go early to avoid the weekend shoppers. The parking lot is jammed on holiday weekends. This Food Lion has a bigger selection because they will honor special request orders when able. It is very clean. The employees are all very helpful and welcoming. Thank you for providing this area with a well stocked and clean grocery store.”
