We moved cross country from Oregon to North Carolina and bought a house sight unseen. Adam Woodruff has been fantastic!! Both us and the seller live out of state so Adam was our man on the ground. He scheduled, met and conveyed info with contractors and tradesmen. We HEAVILY relied on Adam through this process and he has always been SUPER TRANSPARENT which was incredibly important because this wasn’t an ordinary transaction. We can’t recommend him enough. Adam is a good person and we are lucky to have found him. Thanks again Adam!!
