They repaired in a week what Henderson,NC,ClassicToyota wanted to charge me double, and kept my truck over a month while refusing to answer my calls after putting me in charge of getting parts. I will never do business with them again.
I truly believe that the staff at Buddy Isle Automotive like their job, like helping people and enjoying being honest and happy.

When I purchased a used vehicle last year along with an extended warranty I thought it would ensure a piece of mind towards major repairs. However when I needed service I was encountered with numerous repair facilities who didn't deal with 3rd party warranty companies at all. And some including a dealership who reffered me to another repair company but didn't specify all of their diagnostic results. They all wanted me to pay for the services in need of and then file a claim for reimbursement. And not guaranteed to receive my funds back in full and perhaps none at all. When I needed a transmission that definitely wasn't an option. Practically at a last resort I stopped by Buddy Isles Automotive. After some time explaining my perplexing conundrum Autumn reassured me that they would get to the core of the problem and contact the warranty company with their findings. After a full and thorough diagnostic the transmission was deemed to have been the major issue. After more procedures were performed it was recommended to be replaced. Angie, their warranty specialist fought like a warrior with that warranty company who was most difficult in covering what was specifically listed in the contract. If anyone has issues with 3rd party companies hesitant and unwilling to stand behind their contracts, I recommend this team at Buddy Isles. A heartfelt thank you goes out to everyone from the front service team to the auto technicians!

I brought my 2024 Hyundai to have a routine oil change and tire rotation done. Was met by an enthusiastic, friendly and professional Autumn. An issue involving metal shavings in the oil was discovered. I was thoroughly briefed by Autumn and her technicians concerning the situation. Autumn even explained the problem to the Hyundai dealership. Photos and video was provided. Simply put the best customer service ever!

I was in the area on vacation and needed some tires for my boat trailer. Great service and people, wish they were closer to home. Almost like going back in time when businesses actually cared about there customers.
