Getting email stating package is delivered but nothing comes

The carrier never delivers packages, it will say delivered but you have to go to Post Office and get the package the post master there makes it seem natural never have I ever had to do this unless it was something that had to singed for to big for carrier. Keep in mind some people work before 8 and after 6 so it forces you to take a day off to get a package that could be left at steps.

Upset with the PO Box increase. Has raised every year, but this year $50 more than the $33 for ever 6 month. $83 is an outrage. This location is very nice on the lighter side.

After having troubles with the PM at the Lexington PO we got a PO Box here. These people have been very nice and helpful always. We have zero complaints about the Linwood PO. Never crowded and easy to get to. Does what they're s'posed to do on time.What more could ya ask? d:^)

I would give it half a star I had a lady absolutely blow me off acted like she hated her job never took my package in front of me stayed in the back room just to drive 30 minutes home to figure out she hasn't scanned or done anything with the package and they close soon. I just didn't know paying taxes meant I'd get horrible government service.
