I just learned, 7 months after the fact, that this store failed to give me the promised $800 credit for the phone I traded in on my new phone. They scheduled me for Forty-Four, $33 payments where I SHOULD have only owed $200 on the new phone.
They also attempted to saddle me with an Extra $300, by telling me that my purchase CAME WITH an accessory bundle, as if it were free. Only in the End, after I chose the accessories, did they mention that it would be an Additional Charge.

We went into Verizon to get a new phone set up. After much time, due to older phone transferring information to a much newer phone, the phone was finally good to go. The employees were so helpful and didn't seem to mind the time it took to transfer the information. They even checked on available new phone deals for me and found me a great deal for next to nothing. Needless to say, we will continue to do business at this Verizon. Doug and Anthony were both super helpful. Ashley was very courteous as well!!

Last week, after a terrible storm, my husband's phone unexpectedly died. It was quite late, but I didn't want him to be without a phone for safety reasons. So, we headed to Verizon hoping for a quick resolution.
Despite the late hour, Ryley greeted us with a warm smile and an incredibly helpful attitude. She was a true delight, making what could have been a stressful situation so much easier for us. Ryley patiently answered all our questions, even the ones we felt were a bit trivial, and ensured that both of our phones were set up perfectly.
What truly stood out was her willingness to stay late to help us. She never made us feel like we were an inconvenience, and her pleasant demeanor remained consistent throughout our time there. Ryley's exceptional service and friendly nature made all the difference.
Thank you, Ryley, for turning a potentially challenging evening into a positive experience. Verizon is lucky to have such a dedicated and customer-focused employee!

Went to this store earlier today and to get a new phone they wanted 250 dollars for a so called start up package you had to buy it or you didn’t get a phone. My question is when did Verizon start making you buy stuff you wasn’t interested in? The worst customer service I’ve received. I went online and out the door with phone coming was on 71 dollars?
