My girlfriend, 3 month old son, and I have just moved to Lincolnton. I sell items online as a side job, and usually schedule to have my packages picked up nearly every day. I make it a point not to miss a pick up because I offer same day shipping. I had two packages sitting right by my door, where I said they would be. They were not picked up despite being there all day, and after getting the email saying the packages were "not located" I took them inside and rescheduled my pick up for today. My 3 month old son was woken up by loud banging on my door not even 5 minutes ago from the USPS woman. I open my door, and this woman starts yelling saying "they were not outside yesterday" and they were. I then brought out my total of now 5 packages and told her two of them were from yesterday. And then she complained about "having to stand here and scan all of these."This was I believe only the 4th pick up I've done since moving here. And this employee is absolutely disrespectful and tries to blame someone else for their screw up, and bothered my sleeping son. Completely ridiculous.

Don't ask me why there are two of the same street numbers in my neighborhood but you would think USPS could at least read the street name too because those are different. Misdelivered packages happen way too often.

Had a package that arrived in Charlotte at 7:15pm June 3. It was supposed to be delivered Saturday June 4th? I live in Lincolnton, only an hour from Charlotte. And it is usually out for delivery the next morning. Tracking says it is late but in transit! I know all this, you need to be showing me where it is?Tried to call most of the day and no answer. This is ridiculous!

Carrier gave my package to an individual on March 19 and I have yet to receive it or any contact besides the calls I have made. Filed Mail Theft Claim and Post Master closed it without a resolution after 5 days! Carrier lied to Post Master that they spoke to me on Sat March 26. I have proof that that is a lie and Post Master seems perfectly fine with their Carrier lying! USPS emailed me wanting rating pertaining to my Mail Theft Claim. Well they sure got a lousy one like I've never given or written before. I'm an intelligent woman and I reopened my Mail Theft Claim. Truthfully it's been proven to me that neither I nor my package matter. Where is their pride in their job? What really happened with my package? I'm only one who should be handed any mail or packages and I've been ignored!

Had a package that took a left turn in Albuquerque instead of Charlotte! When it finally arrived in Lincolnton, it was too late. The supervisor and postmaster of Lincolnton made sure it got back to me! Excellent customer service and it has instilled my faith in the USPS during these uncertain times we live in.Thank You so very much!

Since we moved to Trilogy in Denver NC, I've had occasion to mail Priority Mail Packages to my Daughter in California from this Post Office. Both times were under Covid 19 Protocols so not exactly normal with distancing restrictions enforced. I would normally have mailed these during the week but due to time restraints, Saturday rolled around and I still had not mailed them. Checked and the Lincolnton Post Office showed it was open on Saturday for both counter and lobby pick up between 9am and noon. Both times went well. Staff was very helpful and friendly so did not take long to complete my transaction. Interesting occurrence happened however. They give you an anticipated delivery date and it both cases, the packaged arrived before that date.

Love the people at the Lincolnton post office, have always had a good experience with them. I collect Earnhardt diecast and order them online weekly. I was concerned with them being left on my poarch in the open so I contacted the post office and asked if they could hold my packages at the post office for pick up and leave me a notice in the box, the lady said that wouldnt be a problem and she understood my concern. I look forward to picking them up because I'm always greeted with a smile.

Our post masters in Lincolnton are the best. Today I had been waiting on an order of live aquarium fish. They got delivered to the Lincolnton post office after 6:00 pm. A post lady brought them in her personal car obviously after she had already left work for the day. Made a point to bring them inside my porch and let me know that she was here with them. I didn’t get a chance to thank her properly because the dog was barking and the baby was crying. But I am super appreciative of her dedication and care for my package. Thank you!

Very rude customer service. I would rather pay for FedEx then return here for a third time, at least I’m treated like a human at the local FedEx.

Always love the post office, everyone support your post office!! I get amazon is cool and ups and FedEx are handling parcels as well and they all have something to offer in the way of convenience, or usage rewards programs or easy to navigate user profile, easy apps, but the USPS is the nation's tax funded, federally insured, accessible 24/7 in nearly every single county in the country, safe guarded postal service. A government company. They're government careers that are really rewarding and extremely well paying with impeccable retirement and benefit, and pension and health plans. And it's not owned by Bezos so that's really good ??

Every day for the past week I’ve been tracking a package that has been sitting in this post office ... chilling... neglecting to make its way onto a truck to head my way in Matthews NC. Liiike, are people on strike here? Why are they not putting my package on a truck? I’m about to drive an hour out of my way and dig for it myself. Lord.
