“Just a young lady traveling and caught some tire and wheel trouble. Had to leave my car off to the side of the road until the next morning - Mr. Scott came and hooked my car up and got it back to Charlotte for me. This company was quite professional and more than understanding. Even the dispatch lady - bless her heart. She was probably sick of our calls but remained professional and kind.
