do not use this store as from personal experience they lied about plan charges and phone promos. manager and sales staff do not stick by their word! i took them to court and won! be warned!

This store does not need to be open. The staff was of no help at all. After standing in line for over 30 minutes they gave me the number for customer service and said for me to call it for help about renewing my employee discount. What a waste of my time!

While verizon was not able to fix the problem, the guys working were so funny and helpful! I'd buy anything those guys sell. Great service and very helpful :)
