The place is decent but the music was a little loud. The band was great! I just wish it wasn't so far.The crowd was so friendly to me!They also allow dogs!

I had to leave my vehicle on the side of the road due to a medical emergency and I was taken off by an ambulance. My vehicle was towed by these scam artists and after not even having possession of my car for more than 12 hours they seem to come up with a release fee of $450. I have never heard of a towing company charging that much. I have had many vehicles towed at my expense and at other people expense. The most I have ever paid before the first 24 hours is $175. I don’t see how they get away with ripping people off. Now whenever I get discharged from the hospital i will be stuck without a vehicle. If you’re looking for a company that loves ripping people off then feel free to give them a call.

totally unprofessional. Not to mention they screen their calls once they quote you a price and cannot honor it they quoted me a price, but when it was time to tow my vehicle, they would not answer. I call over 10 times and they did not pick up. Are use my sons cell phone, which was a different number and they answered. The young lady answer the phone then forward me to a voicemail. Totally unprofessional. I mean if you're not able to do the service just say so.

Sawyers towing driver told me: Mam i know exactly where Toyota Clinic is in Lincolnton, your car is in good hands. 4 hours later called me and said Mam, The INSURANCE COMPANY sent me to a residence in Newton, so now your car is at our Sawyers wrecker yard, you will have to pay $35 a day storage..so i paid $175 towing for 5 days and got another Towing company WHOM TOOK MY CAR TO PLACE I DESIGNATED .

Absolutely most professional towing company I have ever used . We have used a lot of towing companies over the years , some good some bad , this one was by far the best experience ! Thank you very much Sawyer’s for taking care of me in a time of need !

This place and customer service Jacob is a joke… DO NOT USE THEM!! Jacob was VERY rude and disrespectful. I had to tell him several times not to talk to me and yell at me. I would not have continued using him but they had my truck.

First time using this company and I am disappointed. I set up towing at 1050 and was given an estimated time of an hour. After an hour passed I called to ask for an update at 12pm. Teresa told me he is 15 minutes away. Another 40 minutes passed and I called again at 1245. Teresa was very unprofessional. She made excuses. And again told me he will be 15 more minutes. 40 minutes later she answered the phone nonchalantly and said they had just picked my car up. I asked for an update when my car is dropped off. No one called and it’s been 2 hours. I WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE! I also spoke with my insurance company as well about the awful service and non professionalism. Communication is key and they definitely do not have that.
