To start, its just an awful experience through and through. No overnight parking and unreasonable wait time. How are you a preloaded ltl facility w/ out 24/7 yard access? Probably has to do with nobody wanting to work here. This place hates Drivers!!!

I pick up at this business as a driver for the largest private owned LTL company in the USA. RSI is such a confused business, it's a joke. There won't be a skid count on the BOL. By DOT laws everything on the BOL should match what's in/on the trailer. So why would any carrier want to haul RSI's freight subjecting their clean professional business to be harassed by DOT for RSI's neglect of not wanting to be a professional business. So many miss loads and confusion at this business. Even the workers complain about these problems and nothing is ever done. If your a business or customer expecting good results from this business I would suggest find a competitor in this field. I would be ashamed to be the owner of this business or an investor in it. Sad sad sad... Only good management can change these issues and RSI doesn't have it now!

Started as a temp and worked until hired full time. Enjoyed the job and my coworkers. Lead man Was a different story. I got the job his friend wanted and he made my life hell. Nit picked every mistake. Some were legit mistakes I made, but over critical. Final straw was when he pulled me aside after already addressed issue for a 3rd time. He would not let it go. Said let's walk outside. I followed and he kept getting louder with me. When I said I was not going to be yelled at and started walking toward for door, he blocked my path and put his hands on my chest. I told him three times till remove his hands and after he moved I went to supervisor. Wrote report about him blocking me in corner and touching me, this is assault harassment and intimidating. Nothing was done. I just found another job and left.

Overall good experience the staff was kind and respectful, Joyce in the receiving dept was very kind, informative, and professional, only negative thing that I have to say about location is for any truck drivers to not show up early for appointments unless you don't mind waiting

Joyce in shipping is the only good thing in this place. She deserves 5 stars for heating up my food. A true blessing.Got here at 8 am and left at 11 am. This place needs work. Before, they only had 1 guard shack. Now, they have 2 to check the seal. The guy at first guard Shack gave me a heads up and told me they checked the seal at the other guard shack. I said great, I put on the seal after I got loaded and went to Guard Shack 2. She said she needed the paperwork and needed to see the load. It's my fault for putting on the seal, even though i had pictures of both on my phone. I had to go back to the office to get a new seal from them so she could verify at guard shack 2. When I get back to the office, an older gentleman helps me to fix my paperwork and gives me a new seal. I GO BACK TO GUARD SHACK 2. Tell me how she tells me to go back because it's still not on the paperwork. I had to go back again. And to put the cherry on top. They have a failed mall cop as a yard jockey telling you where you can and can't park, I had the pleasure of having him honk at me both times I came back to the office because I just wanted to leave already. Obviously, I had a quick issue that needed to be resolved, but these people don't care. I get back in the office, and the older gentleman in the office tells me I have to wait..... I said, "You're kidding me right. I've been to that yard shack twice. And now I gotta wait because you can't fix my paperwork?" I feel bad about what happened because you can tell i wasn't having it anymore. But at the same time, look at the reviews here. My expectations shouldn't have been so high.

After reading the previous reviews I was alittle worried about making a pickup here...I arrived @735... I checked in, got loaded, and was rolling out if the gate by 840... the lady in shipping is extremely polite and guys on the loading dock did a great job getting me loaded and rolling...two thumbs up!!!!

This is my second time coming to pick up at this location. The second time around was still bad. I hope I never come here again, they have no regard for drivers and they think they can talk to you any kind of way. One guy said to me I know you mad but I hope you don’t have a gun! Like what in the world and why would you say that! There lazy as I don’t know what and they could careless about getting you loaded. People who have never drove trucks will never understand what you go through as a truck driver!!!!
