Great people/staff. They are very friendly. Crystal is very professional and great to work with. She answered all my questions and made very sure I knew what I was signing unlike other dealers ive been too just made me sign to get me out the door she actually takes her time with you. Also blaine was helpful too and knowledgeable. I highly suggest yall coming to get a vehicle from them. Once again thank you Crystal for hooking me up with me new car.

I called Pro Motion from an ad i found on auto trader. They had a 2016 Nissan Maxima that looked really sharp. They're about 2 hours from where i live , but the sales person was very cooperative and willing to help me. I ask for very specific pictures and he even took some video of the car (very poor but he tried). I asked very specific questions about the condition of the interior and exterior of the vehicle. I was told it was as excellent as it appeared. After really looking into the pictures I noticed something on the drivers seat that ended up being a significant tear in the side of the drivers seat. We ended up agreeing that would be repaired and paid for by them should I purchase the car. I offered a deposit on the vehicle to hold until I could get there in a couple days and was told they don't do that. I work night shift, so my wife and I agreed that we would come down 2 days later and I'd text when I was on the way with my arrival time. I was also told they would go ahead and forward me warranty information as we would want to purchase one for sure, as well as to confirm the price we agreed upon on the car I never got that info, I texted when we left for our 2 hour journey to see this car. We arrived and looked at the car, as it was parked on the front row. No one came out so I went in and discovered that the guy I had been dealing with for a week was not even going to be there until after 1 o'clock. I have all our communication and off the bat just wasn't happy with the professionalism and respect for my time and trave. After we drove we noticed the front end had some rather significant cosmetic damage where it had hit something and scraped/gouged/peeled paint. None of which you could see in the grainy video, but a person telling me there is no wear or tear/damage on this car is disappointing. The car had a significant vibration at 65mph and a tire sensor out as well. Just would be nice if there was some attention to detail and honesty on these things before I drive 2 hours. Probably wouldn't recommend.

LONG POST BUT WORTH THE READ IF THINKING OF PURCHASING: ALSO READ EDIT FOR RESPONSE TO THEM.
Literally only giving them 1 star because I can't give 0! Just purchased a Nissan Altima from them on Tuesday 09/03/2024 and on Friday 09/06/2024 called them and let them know that the car was jerking. Let them know I would bring the car on Monday 09/09/2024 because they said it would be a 3 day wait which didn't include the weekend. The car was not moved whatsoever on the weekend because I already knew something was not right. They accused me of moving the car when it was a known fact that it was not moved at all. On Monday while on the way to bring them the car it completely broke down and we had to have it towed to them. They then proceeded to say, "oh there may not be anything we can do because you kept the car over the weekend" (even though it was not moved) Mind you, I had only had the car for 6 days at this point. Just spoke with them today 09/13/2024 and they said I could bring them ANOTHER down payment and they would put me in another car. AS IF!!! They said the transmission was completely done for. How would I have done a car so bad that the transmission was shot when I'd only had the car for 6 days and only drove it 3 of those days!?!? And let me note, I've seen the other comments, and I WAS NOT OFFERED ANY WARRANTY NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES THEY COMMENT THAT THEY DO. Actually, she stated there wouldn't be a warranty to come with it. They knew something was not right with this car when they sold it to me but proceeded to blame me for keeping the car for 2 days instead of driving it to them, even though it was not moved until it was time to drive it to them. I understand people have lucked up and got good cars from them but trust me if you end up with a bad one, you'll just be blamed, and they won't do anything to help you. Thankfully I was able to purchase another car ELSEWHERE but had I not I would've just been out of luck. BAD BUSINESS!!!
Edit: in response to their response, nothing about my review was inaccurate as I’ve kept all communications with them about this matter. The vehicle was not operated anymore except on Monday morning to drive it to them and it didn’t even make it there. No they didn’t have to do anything, but seeing as I’d had the car for less than a week it was the right thing to do. But why would I give them more money when I’d just gave over $1200 for that one just to have them blame it on me. Make it make sense. Offering for me to come bring you guys more money less than a week after I gave you $1200+ is simply not “GOODWILL” .I’m sure you have sold many great cars, but for those of us who got bad ones you guys had no respect. There are more reviews that are just like mine EVERY single one of us can’t be lying lol. They have also edited their response multiple times trying to make it sound good. Bad business is bad business. Just because you’ve sold good cars doesn’t make it okay when you sell a lemon and blame the customer. Be blessed.

Blaine Chaney helped with my car and I really appreciate all the help he gave. I didn't think I could get another car but with his help I was able to drive off the lot in a good car. I'm very excited to be with Pro Motion. Justice also was a great help and had a beautiful smile that made everything feel welcoming. I just love this place.

I had a great experience at pro-motion! My boyfriend and I went looking for a nice dependable vehicle with a limited budget. Blaine was very helpful and did everything he could to make us happy and comfortable during our search! I left with a Kia Sportage that costed under the price I wanted to spend! Car has very low miles and miner flaws! Will definitely be back in the future if we are looking to purchase another car!
