My husband and I only use the pool for their aquatic classes. We love it. The building is clean, and the family changing room is such a nice touch because I need help dressing. The staff is always very nice. I recommend it.

Great facility! Overall is much larger than my normal YMCA. The fitness room is not as large, but is still very nice and wasn't full of teenagers being super obnoxious. My wife seemed very happy with her water workout class that she took. The indoor walking track is also a very nice feature. Very pleased with location.

Went for swimming while I was pregnant. It was nice, it could get a little crowded but not too bad. Would go back!

Small but mighty! I originally started coming here in 2011 and this YMCA is great! Definitely not as big as some of the other branches in the Greater Charlotte region but still has everything you need.All of the staff is friendly, the facility is super clean, and they’re continually updating it. The group classes are awesome and they have offer all sorts of different types with great instructors. The weight room is small but has almost everything you need to get all your lifts in.

Signing up online was very simple/user friendly. Four stars because I signed up for personal trainer info and never heard anything back. Went to the actual facility for a tour and Nini was at the front desk. She greeted me helped me and answered all my questions. She is a true sweetheart, and has the perfect personality for her job.

The fitness center is extremely small. There is NO room to stretch. They also only have 1 of most machines, so you have to wait for others to finish to continue working out. Kids are constantly in the workout room unattended, so half the time you have to wait for a 10 year old to finish playing on the equipment. They keep the work out room way too hot. I checked the thermostat and it's set to 75 degrees! And no one wipes off the equipment. So you have to wipe down the equipment before you use it, otherwise there's no telling how many people's sweat you are touching ? There are signs everywhere telling people to wipe the machines, but the employees do not enforce it.

Some of the equipment is in dire need of repairs and replacement. Staff are awesome ? and very accommodating!

This is an awesome place! The programs, the staff, the equipment, the scheduling, the professionalism, the thorough and constant cleanings, the care for children.... I am so glad this community has such a terrific YMCA.
